Once your registration is received you will be contacted by a Symposium Representative to secure payment. Confirmation of participation will be sent once payment is recieved in full. Total cost of Symposium is $599.50 ($550 plus .09% for Washington State sales tax). A non refundable administrative fee of $150 dollars will be charged if reservation is cancelled.
Cancellation Policy:
Before September 1, 2009 - Full Refund minus the $150 administrative fee, After September 1, 2009 - 50% Refund minus the $150 administrative fee.
